The Message of Jesus Christ  

THE  MESSAGE  OF  REVELATION

The prophecy of Revelation teaches us many spiritual things.  It challenges
us on our Christian walk.  It tells us about the end and destiny of all mankind.  
It gives an overview of the process and final destruction of God’s creation,
as carried out by God Himself.

But and also --- ;
God gives to us a very clear, concise and awesome message that is intended
to instruct all mankind as they face the sure reality of the end of physical life
and physical creation as we know it.

This ‘message’ is seen in several of Jesus’ instructions to the 7 churches in
chapters 2 & 3 of Revelation.  Jesus tells them that they must ‘repent’ or
there will be consequences.

Also it is clear enough in Chapter 7 that those who are ‘sealed’ are those who
have repented as they have washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb.

Our Lord’s clearest instruction about the necessity and message of
repentance is in the explanation of the 6th trumpet.  (Revelation 9: 13 – 21).
The message of the 6th ‘trumpet’ begins with the release of the 4 angels who
had been bound at the great river Euphrates.  That release results in the
200,000,000-horseman army that kills 1/3 of mankind.  The great army’s
destruction, described as ‘fire, smoke, and brimstone’, is also called ‘three
plagues’. (v 18).  The fact that these events of seal 6 are called ‘plagues’
means that these things are the result of tribulation orchestrated in time and
place by God.

These events – by the hand of God should, in normal circumstances, cause
mankind to realize their situation and fall on their knees before their Creator.

BUT – THE RESULTS WERE ;;
“But the rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plagues did not
repent of the work of their hands, that they should not worship demons and
idols ------.  And they did not repent of their murders or their sorceries or
their sexual immorality or their thefts.” (Revelation 9: 20 – 21).

Please note;
In every speech, sermon, book, paper or study – the main idea or the point of
the whole thing is in the conclusion.  In the message of ‘seal #6’ there are
explanations about angels, a great war and destruction --- but the message
from the right hand of God is
‘THEY STILL DID NOT REPENT.’

The first words of Jesus spoken publicly as recorded in Matthew 4: 17 were –
From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, “Repent for the kingdom of
heaven at hand”.

I understand this to be, not just a one time statement, but a statement saying
– that ‘to repent / repentance’ was the message Jesus was teaching and
preaching.

Jesus made statements of ‘unless you repent you will all likewise perish’ –
‘repent and believe the Gospel’.

Jesus taught parables such as Lazarus and the rich man,  the prodigal son,
etc. that exemplified the necessity of repentance.

Throughout the scriptures – repentance unto salvation is taught and is the
theme of the Gospel.  At the Great White Throne Judgment --- those whose
names are written in the ‘Book of Life’ are those who through the result of
their repentance – Jesus wrote their names in the Book.

SOOOO ----- the point is ;;;;

AS we have taught the prophecy of Revelation – we have taught (trumpet # 6
as example) released angels, Euphrates river, 200,000,000 million man army,
all the tools of war, and Armageddon, etc.

WE HAVE MISSED THE MAIN TEACHING --- THE MAIN MESSAGE OF
REPENTANCE.

GOD HAS GIVEN TO US FROM HIS RIGHT HAND WHILE SITTING ON HIS THRONE
A MESSAGE OF WARNING AND THE MOST EVANGELISTIC OUTREACH TOOL
POSSIBLE.

“REPENT FOR THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS AT HAND”  

This quote (above) was the first recorded words of Jesus recorded in
Matthew, but the message continues until the ‘Great White Throne
Judgment’.  

THE MSSAGE OF JESUS CHRIST TO ALL MANKIND IS REPENTANCE.      

BECAUSE ::::

At the Great White Throne Judgment there will be every person that has ever
lived -- from ADAM TO THE LAST PERSON TO BE BORN.  All will be judged by
our loving and kind Creator.  
Thus the importance for the Gospel of repentance to be spread to the ends
of the earth.  
Because -- many millions, even billions have never been to a church, nor
heard about Jesus Christ -- never read a Bible -- many have never seen a
Bible, but they too will be judged by what is written in the books as will be
opened at the Great White Throne JUDGMENT.   

Prayer to Jesus Christ ;;

If you choose to pray it must be your prayer and with sincerity -- the prayer is
to Jesus Christ because He is the one who paid for your sins with His life --
Jesus Christ has the 'Book of Life' -- and Jesus Christ is the only one who
writes in the 'Book'.

Dear Heavenly Father, I believe that You are the Creator of all physical.  I
believe that Jesus Christ / Son of God came to earth and gave His life as
payment for the sins of mankind.  Dear Lord Jesus I am a sinner.   Please
forgive my sins and save me.  Thank you for hearing my prayer  ---- Amen
